Great news - jumbo loan interest rates are way down! Today you can get one for 6 3/4% for 30 year fixed jumbo loan if your credit scores are good. Jumbo interest rates are for loans over 417K. Just a month ago these rates hovered 8%. This should help all those who are selling houses over 450K; it will bring more buyers in!
