Although only 2 homes have sold over 2 million in 2009 in Pima Canyon, 12 are listed for sale at this price-point.  This year 5 have sold under 2 million.  Although Pima Canyon is probably the most coveted  residential location in the Tucson Catalina Foothills, buyers are not anxious to pay over 2 million to live there when there are some very nice properties for sale in the price point $1,1250,000 – $1,445,000.
