Sin Vicas is a 24 hr manned and gated community that has a gorgeous location adjacent to coveted Pima Canyon. It is nestled next to the high Catalina Mountains and is surounded by the lush and pristine Sonoran Desert. Many of these homes have both multiple-mountain range views and city light views. There are approximately 185 custom homes that are close to an acre or more, with homes recently built or as old as a build date of the early 1980s. Because many of the homes are older than Pima Canyon, the prices are more affordable. So if you are looking for the rare beauty of Pima Canyon, but can not afford to live there, look here.
