Wow–Jumbo interest rates for those financing from $417,001-$650,000 can be obtained at 5.875% for 30 year fixed financing. I have not seen it this low–ever!!!!!! With inventory high in the Catalina Foothills for homes priced over 500K, this might be the best time to purchase!

The Canyons, one of the most coveted communities in all of Pima County, consists of 61 homes (first built in 2000). Nestled between Cobblestone and The Summit at Finger Rock, it sits high abutting the Coronado National Forest, offering majestic views of multiple mountain ranges and the Tucson city, while offering an experience that uniquely shares the desert wildlife amongst towering saguaros.
