Goes to show the lower end of the upscale market is doing the best. Ten of the sales came from the main Catalina Foothills zip codes of 85750 and 85718, with the highest price one coming from Sabino Mountain, priced at 900K, which is located in the Foothills 85750 zip code and is 2 doors up from my house. This home is a contemporary beauty backing to the pristine Sonoran Desert.
