Pima Canyon Home Sells for $875,000

A 2007 built– 3,600 square foot Pima Canyon home on 1.7 acres sold for a very low price of $875,000 yesterday. This home was “location challenged”–it was near a semi-busy street and had to be built on one of the least expensive lots in Pima Canyon. On the market for 3 years, it goes to show that you do not build expensive homes near busy streets, unless you want to sell them at bargain prices. Pima Canyon is as upscale as it gets, with a most coveted location backing to the Coronado National Forest and boosting multi-mountain range and city views. Sad to see it go for this price, in a community where it is hard to get a home for less than 1.5 million.

Tucson Foothills Home Open Tomorrow

I will be holding open my new listing at 4769 N Coop Canyon (Shadows @ Sabino) tomorrow–Sunday–between 1-4 PM. This majestic contemporary- a two-story home has magnificent high Catalina mountain views from its spacious, pebbletec pool. Boasts a large yard, cozy master bedroom balcony overlooking the mountains, master bedroom sitting room, dramatic loft-study, bamboo and ceramic floors, 3 car garage and the list goes on. It is priced to sell at $425,000.  I hope to see you there!
