Ventana Mt Estates Homes Sells for 1.7 million

A gorgeous two - story home in prestigious Ventana Mountain Estates sold today for 1.7 million after being on the market for over 2 years with a list price starting around 2 million. Another Tucson Catalina Foothills Luxury Home Sells for Almost a Million

2701 N Camino Pablo closed today at a sales price of 988K off the list price of 998K. This Catalina Foothills Estates home (located off of Hacienda Del Sol Rd) sold for 798K in the summer of 2005, and then was renovated to a much higher standard. Like the home that sold yesterday- it is  hacienda- style with views of the mountains and city. The square footage on this one is 3,856 and the homesite is 1 acre. This buyer got an excellent deal! The list price kept dropping until the public ascertained the price as a great deal and then it sold close to the list price. Goes to show there are more than a few great deals in the Tucson Catalina Foothills.

A Tucson Luxury Foothills Home in Cat 10 sold for almost a Million

Yesterday 4681 N Camino Sumo sold for $988,500 off a list price of 995K. This over 4,500 square foot Spanish-Mediterranean home located on 1 and a half acres was designed by our most popular architect, Kevin Howard. Like most homes in the price range, it has great city and mountain views. It was only on the market for 5 days, and more startling still is that it sold for $1,015,000 in 2001. So in 9 years it sold for a little lower price! Goes to show the bargains are out there!

Another Tucson Luxury Home Goes Under Contract

After being on the market for only 60 days, a home in Ventana Canyon Estates at 6440 N Desert Wind Circle went under contract today with a list price of $1,195,000. This home was built in 1996; has over 3,600 square feet and is located on over a half-acre. Like most homes in this price range–this one has golf course and Catalina mountain views. Again, goes to show, price it right and it sells quickly even if it is priced over a million!

Another Tucson Catalina Foothills - Pima Canyon- Home is Sold

Today another Pima Canyon home sold for $1,075,000 at 1887 E Desert Garden Drive.  This over 4,300 square foot home was purchased in January 2001 for $1,066,000, so the Seller lost money (after paying the realtor, etc). This is a pretty hard pill to swallow–purchasing a home over 9 years ago and losing money. Most of us would have predicted Pima Canyon would appreciate well since this community has one of the most gorgeous settings in the Tucson Foothills and has attracted Tucson’s elite and many wealthy second home buyers. For many luxury buyers, Pima Canyon, has been the #1 community on their list of considerations.

Tucson Luxury Property Sells for 2.2 Million

A gorgeous home at  6755 N Hole in the Wall Way in Ventana Canyon Mountain Estates sold yesterday for 2.2 million. This two- story home has over 6,000 square feet and an exquisite high ridge location with multiple vistas of the city, the Sonoran Desert and the mountains. The Tucson Foothills has seen a recent spike in sales over a million since many Sellers are now reasonably pricing their homes, and many buyers perceive there is no better time than now to take advantage of these aggressive prices for exquisite properties that would cost much more in other resort towns.
