In prime Tucson Catalina Foothills zip codes of 85750 and 85718 there were 30 homes sold in March.

This is how home prices lined up:

500-600K 7 sales

601-700K 6 sales

701-800K 5 sales

801-900K 2 sales

901- 1mil 5 sales

1 -2 mil 4 sales

2.2 mil 1 sales

Sales are clearly picking up and with many under contract that have not closed escrow yet, April should continue to have higher numbers of luxury Catalina Foothills home sales.
