A Tucson Luxury Home at Country Club Under Contract Over a Million

6430 E Miramar, with a List Price of $1,095,000, went under contract last Thursday. This home was only on the market 71 days and had a list price starting at $1,295,000. This over 4,600 square foot home, located on .82 acres was built in 1996. Country Club is one of the first luxury Tucson communities built and is surrounded by the lush Country Club Golf Course with gorgeous Mountain views. The community location is in the Northeast located off of Tanque Verde. It is listed by Long Realty Tanque Verde office and Long Realty Foothills office brought in the buyer.

Ventana Canyon Home Sales for a Million

6050 N Desert Sun Court, a Santa Fe-style home located in Ventana Canyon, sold for a million yesterday. This home was built in 1994 and has over 3,400 square feet,  and is located on less than a half acre. The list price was $1,198,000. This home was on the market for a little less than 6 months, which is not very long for a home in this price- range, during the present market conditions. Long Realty Foothills office listed it and sold it.

A Sin Vacas Home Sells for Over a Million!

2436 E Placita De La Victoria, a luxury Foothills home located in Sin Vacas (next door to Pima Canyon), closed escrow yesterday with a price of $1,150,000. This contemporay home has over 4,600 square feet and was built 3 years ago. The list price was $1,385,000, and it was only on the market a month. A Tucson Foothills Luxury Home in Cimarron Sells for $1,250,000

Wow! Cimarron just doesn’t get sales this high! The location is beautiful and very closely situated to the high Catalina Mountains and Ventana Canyon. Because it is an older subdivision with varying sizes of many outdated homes, it does not get the prices of its neighbors at Alta Vista, Ventana Canyon and Finisterra get. The funny thing of it is that it was on the market for less than six months; in the present market conditions it usually takes longer to sell a home priced over a million. The list price was $1,395,000, so the final sales price was 90% off the list price, which is par for the course in this price range. Like all million plus homes, it has extraordinary Catalina Mountain views and is surrounded by the pristine Sonoran Desert.
