A Sin Vacas Home Sells for Over a Million!

2436 E Placita De La Victoria, a luxury Foothills home located in Sin Vacas (next door to Pima Canyon), closed escrow yesterday with a price of $1,150,000. This contemporay home has over 4,600 square feet and was built 3 years ago. The list price was $1,385,000, and it was only on the market a month. The listing agent represented both the buyers and the sellers! Good going Robin Sue of the Long Foothills office!
