La Quinta Catalina Foothills Luxury Home Sells for 1.6 Million

The bargain hunters are out this summer and putting a dent in the 1 million + range luxury home market. It boasts a fabulous, exquiste large gourmet kitchen with real butler’s pantry; the master has a steam shower and garden with fountain and sauna, and, of course, private pool and spa. All furnishings were included. Another lucky buyer got a fantastic deal!
