Although there have not been a lot of high-end foreclosures in the Tucson Catalina Foothills, the numbers are picking up a bit lately.

Go to my previous blog for more details.  The Summit at Finger Rock is a gorgeous, gated community of only 29 homes. However, at prices  that are close to a million or more, there are few buyers that want a 2 car garage and .21 homesite. The views are incredible though, and the house is only 7 years old, so it certainly has its draw for second home owners.
