Tucson Luxury Home Foreclosure at Ventana Overlook Goes Under Contract

6924 E Gate Ridge Place , listed at $819,900 went under contract today. This over 4,300 square foot, 2003 built home located on .81 acres, had a list price starting at 1.6 million in the summer of 2008. (Click on the address to see the listing, photos underneath and map location).
Although there have not been a lot of high-end foreclosures in the Tucson Catalina Foothills, the numbers are picking up a bit lately.
