Tucson Luxury Home in Bellas Catalinas Under Contract

4339 N Placita de Sandra went under contract after only being on the market one month. This 3,800 square foot, 2003- built home on .73 acre is located in gated Bellas Catalinas. This is a very popular neighborhood because it is located in the lower Catalina Foothills (still has amazing mountain views) that is closer to downtown and the University of Arizona. It is not districted for Catalina Foothills School District, but there is open enrollment available for some schools; some parents opt for private schools, or some have no school age children.
