 The Northeast is the right choice for those who want their home on a large homesite in a quiet area. Shopping is usually less than 10 minutes away; the epicenter of the Foothills is usually between 20 – 30 minutes away; U of A  is about 45 minutes away; Raytheon is about 50 minutes away.

Now that prices seem to have bottomed for homes priced 500K to a million in the Catalina Foothills, those that are priced at market are selling quite quickly.
