Well Priced Tucson Foothills Homes are Selling Quickly!

Now that prices seem to have bottomed for homes priced 500K to a million in the Catalina Foothills, those that are priced at market are selling quite quickly. An example is 7128 N Finger Rock Place which went under contract in 3 weeks time: list price was $749K and final sales price is $741,500. This 3,800+ square foot renovated home (built in 1980) is sited on .83 acres.. This gated neighborhood is nestled far North with great views of the mountains and the city.
