Summit at Finger Rock Short Sale Closes at 1.1 Million

After a starting list price of $1,749,000 in April of last year, 4332 E Playa De Coronado sold today for 1.1 million (a short sale). This over 4,400 square foot, 2008 built, two-story contemporay is sited on a little less than 1/2 acre. Views are phenomenal–rubbing against the high Catalinas.

Pima Canyon Home Sells for over 1.5 Million

2123 E Sentry Ridge Court sold today for $1,517,250. This 6,100 square foot contemporary was built in 2008 on over 1.3 acres (4 car garage) and it located in the coveted are “The Reserve” (2nd gated area) of Pima Canyon. We first saw it listed at $2,750,000 in December of 2007 and with the market tanking it met its final destination of a little over 1.5 million yesterday. Sales are Moving Upward in the Tucson Foothills

I have been noticing there is an increase in sales in the Tucson Foothills especially in the price range 400K - 650K. The higher ranges are showing some signs of growth, as well. I anticipate that 2011 will show market stabilization in all price- ranges in the Tucson Foothills except for the homes priced over 1 million. We still will see more sales in the very high-end, but the prices have to be quite aggressive. Tucson is a great place to live!!!I am so happy we made the life-time decision to move here 7 years ago!
