This 6,100 square foot contemporary was built in 2008 on over 1.3 acres (4 car garage) and it located in the coveted are “The Reserve” (2nd gated area) of Pima Canyon. We first saw it listed at $2,750,000 in December of 2007 and with the market tanking it met its final destination of a little over 1.5 million yesterday.
