Pima Canyon Foreclosure Sells for 1.2 Million
March 28, 2011 by Donna Anderson.
7827 N Ancient Indian Drive , a Pima Canyon foreclosure, sold for 1.2 million. This home was first listed at a little less than 3 million in October 2009, which was way over-priced for the market at that time (albeit it was a better real estate market than we have at the present time). This home was neglected and had a funky floorplan, but it is clearly worth 1.2 million. The setting is extraordinary—take a look–by clicking on the address.
