Luxury LaPaloma Home Sold Today

Click on the link - 3271 E Camino Juan Paisano to see the over 5,600 square foot contemporary that just sold for $1,640,000 in LaPaloma. It should be noted that this same house sold for $2,550,000 in 2007. The bargains are being snapped up for good reason!

Two Luxurious Pima Canyon Homes Sold

This is definitely a sign of the times that more Tucson luxury homes are selling since the prices have likely bottomed - click on link to see- Two Pima Canyon homes sold .
7510 N Mystic Canyon, an over 3,800 square foot contemporary on an acre, sold for $946,100; this same home sold for 1.3 million in November of 2004.
7828 N Ancient Indian Drive, a 7,500 square foot contemporary on over one acre, sold for $1,660,500. The same home was originally listed at $3,295,000 in January 2010. This home was a foreclosure.
