Interestingly enough, one is a foreclosure – Rusty Iron (LP 1.1 million) located in an outparcel of Marana; two are short sales— Dream Weaver (LP $1,495,000) located in Oro Valley–does not show pended status, which probably means the offer has not been approved by the lender as of yet, and Camino a Los Vinetos (LP 1 million) located in the Foothills–this short sale appears to be bank- approved.
