It was on the market 9 months with a starting list price of 1.1 million. It originally sold for 800K seven years ago. Goes to show–again–prices have gone back to 2004 prices for Tucson luxury homes. Interest rates and affordability are at an all time high. Historically the summer time is the best time to buy in Tucson because the snowbird renters have left.
