Yet Another Tucson Luxury Home at Pima Canyon Sold

2063 E Quiet Canyon Drive , sold for 1.2 million after only being on the market for a little over 2 month’s time; this is a very short time for a home to sell in this price-range! This over 4,100 square foot, 2002 -built Santa Fe is located on an acre. Pima Canyon is one of Tucson’s premier exclusive and gated neighborhoods. With much more affordable houses than in yesteryear, there are increasing sales in the Tucson Luxury Homes Market!

Another Tucson Luxury Home-Pima Canyon Sold!

2002 E Quiet Canyon (Realty Executives) became another Tucson luxury home bargain, especially when located at Pima Canyon! On the market for almost a year,probably mostly because it backs to a road (not real busy, but not real quiet either), this over 4,000 square foot home, sited on an acre was built in 2002. It sold a few times since then, with the last time selling for $1,110,000 in 2007. Amazing price for Pima Canyon–$920,000 final sales price!
