[2] 6549 N Calle De La Lluvia (listed by Long Realty) sold for $1,020,000; this 4,300 square foot home is a two-story home located on a little over a third of an acre. Built as a contemporary in 2002, it was first listed at $1,299,000 last year in September. Alta Vista is an ungated community located very close to Ventana Canyon. Two-stories are harder to sell and some of the Alta Vista homesites are small, so these factors lend to lower final sales prices than other typically larger homes in the Catalina Foothills.
