Tucson - New Catalina Foothills Spec Homes Goes Under Contract

A new spec Foothills homes went under contract today with a list price of $795,000 at 5319 N Via Celeste after only being on the market 50 days. This 3,600 square foot home is sited on one acre and is not located in a community with a home owners association.
