My office put [2] 7808 N Ancient Indian under contract today. At a list price of just under 2 million this home started on the market with another broker at a list price of 3.8 million. It is 3 year old, 7K square foot Mediterranean sited on over an acre. Goes to show when the price is right, someone bites!
