Skyline Country Club Home Sells for $1,538,000
July 29, 2011 by Donna Anderson.
5000 E Oakmont Drive, (listed by Coldwell Banker) a Skyline Country Club Burnt Adobe, built in 1974, offering over 7,300 square feet (including guest house) sold today for a remarkable $1,538,000. This home is very high up in the Catalina Foothills in this luxurious resort-style community with golf course. In some ways it is an anomoly–it has an indoor pool and it only has a 2 car garage. It last sold in April 2004 for $1,225,000. It took 10 months to sell with no list price reductions ($1,590,000), which is proving the market for high-line Tucson luxury homes is improving!
