Here it goes again–LaPaloma is in the news again today! Being on the market less than a month 5691 N Calle De Lucimiento went into escrow today at $1,135,000. This 4,400 square foot home was built in 2000 and is sited on .83 acre. Another lucky Seller sought the assistance of Russ Lyon- Sotheby’s International Realty for a quick sale!

It started on the market several years ago at a list price of 4.5 million. Tucson Foothills Home Sells at Pima Canyon

1980 E Desert Garden Drive, sold today for 950K after being on the market for only 40 days, but amazingly enough, the list price was $1,200,000. This 3,300 square foot home was built in 2002 and is sited on one acre. It used to be impossible to find a home in Pima Canyon below 1 million, or close to one million.

Catalina Foothills Home at Ventana Canyon Sells

6448 N Desert Wind Circle , a 5,700 square foot two-story Ventana Canyon home located on a sold little over 1/3 of an acre today for $1,100,000. This home came on the market a little over three years ago at $1,995,000 and had it been priced more aggressively in the beginning it probably would have sold for more. Being a two-story home, on a small homesite likely hindered a sale previously, as well.

Tucson Luxury Home at Skyline Country Club Sells
