This contemporary home had a starting list price close to 1.5 million. Unfortunately for the Sellers, it previously sold for 1.2 million almost 10 years ago! Today’s buyers are finding bargains, however, the inventory of Catalina Foothills luxury homes up to and around 1 million has been decreasing.
