Alta Vista Tucson Luxury Home Sold for $1,050,000

6433 N Placita Del Zopilote, listed by Long Realty, a 4,800 square foot home located on .62 acres in Alta Vista, sold today at $1,050,000 after being on the market for a few years. This contemporary home had a starting list price close to 1.5 million. Unfortunately for the Sellers, it previously sold for 1.2 million almost 10 years ago! Today’s buyers are finding bargains, however, the inventory of Catalina Foothills luxury homes up to and around 1 million has been decreasing.
