Sabino Canyon Area Home Goes Under Contract: List Price 800K

5700 N Barrasca Ave, listed by Coldwell Banker, went under contract today after being on the market for over 3 years; list price now is 800K, when it started to be marketed it was 1.1 million. Goes to show if you reduce your price enough and keep trying, you may strike gold. This 18 year old home has quite a bit of its square footage in the lower level, even though it has 5,500 square feet. A real plus is it is within walking distance to beautiful Sabino Canyon, Tucson’s # 1 attraction, and it is also very close to Canyon View Elementary and Esperero Canyon Middle Schools in coveted District 16 - Catalina Foothills School District!
