[2] 6650 N Sutherland Ridge Place went under contract yesterday with a List Pirce of $1,095,000. This new home has 4,800 square feet and is sited on .83 of an acre. It was on the market 6 months before going under contract, and the Sellers paid a lot price of $245,000 in April 2004. New homes in the Catalina Foothills are hard to find and this one is located in the popular Manzanita Elementary School District.
