Ventana Canyon Bargain Closes Escrow

With almost 8K square feet located on the top of Ventana Canyon, this ultra-contemporary was a lucky find for this cash buyer! See my post- 2 below- on September 6th to view further details. Has the market bottomed yet? Unfortunately we will not know until final prices apparently move up.
