Luxury Tucson Home at River Gate Sells

6124 E Owls Nest Place with a List Price of 995K went under contract today! River Gate was mostly built in 2006 and never took off since as a new community it came on the market just as the real estate market slowed down. It is located in a small community of about 50 homes, within a 20 minute drive to Downtown and University of Arizona, so it would have been a home-run had it been listed a few years before. This Mediterranean-style home has over 4,100 square feet and is sited on over 1/2 acre; it was built in 2006. It first came on the market at 1.2 million, one and one-half years ago.
