Tucson Catalina Foothills - Pima Canyon Beauty Goes Under Contract in Less Than 3 Weeks!

This 2005 built home sold quickly during its first offering; the lot was purchased in July 2002 for 205K. Goes to show, price it to sell; have great views and a floorplan that is very functional, and high-end Tucson luxury homes still are able to sell quickly!
