I heard through the grapevine that there were multiple cash offers on [2] 1682 E Sahuaro Blossom Place, which is a 6K square foot, 2004-built, Mediterranean that has a list price of $1,075,000 and went under contract yesterday. This foreclosure located in coveted Pima Canyon has a very unusual floorplan; one agent said it looked like a circus, and I can see how she got that description. It was originally marketed (5 years ago) at a List Price of 4.2 million and kept moving down in price with no offers.
