Only Two August Sales in Foothills Between 775K and 1 Million

Only two homes sold in the Foothills (85750, 85718) at the entry- level, high- end price range between 775K - 1 million. Click to see them: 85750 - 2 Homes Sold. It should be noted that both were located close to each other in the 85750 zip code and both were in the TUSD School District. No multiple-listed homes in this price range were sold in the 85718 zip code, or in the coveted and popular Catalina Foothills School District. Only one Sold in Foothills Over a Million in August

After checking the stats for August, I noticed only one home sold for over a million in the zip codes 85750 and 85718. It is a contemporary with 4,500 square feet on .62 of an acre and the listing states it includes an adjacent very buildable lot. Check it out–6433 N Placita Del Zopilote (listed by Long Realty) which sold for $1,050,000. It should be noted this home sold for 1.2 million a little less than 10 years ago!
