This house is enormous–5,500 square feet–with much of its square footage on the lower level that steps out to the pool area. The is sited on an acre backing to a pretty Catalina Mountain view. Built in 1993, this home sits near Canyon View Elementary and Esperero Canyon Middle School.

This Mediterranean is located in River Gate Estates, a gated community that saw its first sale during the top of the market, and shortly thereafter, every lot and home sale has been ever more challenging. The setting is very pretty– the Foothills location off of River Road (near Craycroft) and it is popular with those commuting to Downtown since it is only about 20 minutes away.
