New Tucson Luxury Home in Alta Vista Sells

6520 N Calle De La lluvia went under contract today after being on the market for nine months with a starting List Price of 989K. At contract the List Price is 919K and we will not know the final sales price until it closes escrow. It is very hard to find a new home in the Catalina Foothills. This one is sited on less than a quarter of an acre, but has over 4,200 square feet.

Tucson - Skyline Country Club Home -Quickly Under Contract

7028 N Mission Hill Lane, listed at $750,000, went under contract in three months time, as a first offering by the original owner who had lived there for almost 30 years! This California Contemporary has almost 4,300 square feet and is sited on 1.22 acres, high on the top of coveted Skyline Country Club. Although it has two-stories which are less popular in Tucson, and has only a two car garage, the price was right, so it sold in no time!

Tucson Country Club Bargain Under Contract

7028 N Javelina Drive, a 3,700 square foot, Burnt Adobe-Mediterranean, on over 3 acres, is 31 year old. It went under contract very quickly in only 11 days! What is most surprising is that this was its first offering. Why did it sell so quickly-it was priced aggressively–829K– as an estate sale and sold “as is”, and the trustee (with this price) screamed, “sell”.
With an outstanding high Catalina Mountain setting, in the old-money, coveted community of Skyline Country Club, it had to have buyers waiting in the wings. Having two stories and only a 2 car garage, it would, however, eliminate some buyers, but one lucky buyer scooped it up!

New homes are mighty hard to find in the beautiful Catalina Foothills and the location being minutes from La Enchantada make this home very attractive, indeed.

Central Catalina Foothills - Cat 10 Home Sells for $1,120,000

Tucson Country Club Home Sells for $1,250,000

Tucson Country Club in a popular, upscale family neighborhood in the Northeast (85715 zip code) just off of Tanque Verde near the intersection with Grant Rd. Unlike some of the popular golf course neighborhoods, this one is located on fairly flat ground with mountain views.

Buyers in Catalina Foothills - “It is the Best of Times”

Unfortunately for Sellers, it is conversely, “the worst of times” as witnessed by the bargain sale today in the very prestigious “The Canyons” - 7203 N Cloud Canyon Place sold for an incredible price of 1.4 million! This over 5,500 square foot home is sited on almost 1.2 acres. This western- inspired custom Santa-Fe previously (when it was new 11 years ago) sold for 2.2 million!
