Unfortunately for Sellers, it is conversely, “the worst of times” as witnessed by the bargain sale today in the very prestigious “The Canyons” - [2] 7203 N Cloud Canyon Place sold for an incredible price of 1.4 million! This over 5,500 square foot home is sited on almost 1.2 acres. This western- inspired custom Santa-Fe previously (when it was new 11 years ago) sold for 2.2 million!
