Wow; this was a fast sale (19 days) - 7574 N Mystic Canyon Drive sold so darn quickly in this slow market thanks to Russ Lyon - Sotheby’s International  Realty bringing in the ready, willing and able buyer (house was listed by Long Realty).

With a list price of $1,249,000, this Contemporary home is rather smallish for this price- range with only a little over 3,600 square feet, and perhaps that is why it sold for a little over a million.

Russ Lyon - Sotheby’s International Realty both listed and sold a 4K square foot contemporary at the beautiful Ridge at Ventana Canyon for 790K! 

6595 E Celsian Place was listed for less than six months, which is great considering that it backed to North Kolb Rd that is semi-busy. This two-story was built in 2003 and sold previously 7 1/2 years ago for 875K.
