New Catalina Foothills Home Sells for 950K

Long Realty sold 6650 N Sutherland Ridge Place, a brand new almost 4,800 square foot home sited on .83 acres for 950K. This home was first listed in March of this year for $1,095,000.
There are few new homes built in the Catalina Foothills because most of it is built upon.

Tucson Luxury Home in Cat 10 Goes Under Contract

4625 N Placita Roca Blanca was only on the market one day and went under contract at its first offering. This amazing over 5K square foot Mediterranean, built in 2006, sold for almost 2.6 million in 2007 and today its list price is $1,595,000, with its final sales price unknown until it closes escrow. Some lucky buyer got a bargain by bouncing on it as it first entered the market!
