Long Realty sold [2] 6650 N Sutherland Ridge Place, a brand new almost 4,800 square foot home sited on .83 acres for 950K. This home was first listed in March of this year for $1,095,000.
There are few new homes built in the Catalina Foothills because most of it is built upon.
