After spending a week on vacation, I am back and pleased to report two Catalina Foothills Luxury Homes sold this past week and they are:

4905 N Camino Antonio and 3731 E Sumo Septimo.

4905 N Camino Antonio sold for $1,262,500 and had originally sold for $1,350,000 in the summer of 2008 and was only on hte market  a little over 2 month’s. 

3731 E Sumo Septimo  sold for 800K after starting on the market 5 years ago at a very high List Price of $1,500,000.

 Keep in mind, these are the ones that closed escrow; while I was gone some beautiful homes also made it to contract and I will show those in the next blog.
