Russ Lyon – Sotheby’s International Realty sold 1714 E Barrell Canyon, an ultra- Contemp sited on one of the best homesites in Pima Canyon for $2,050,000. This new home (built in 2010 but been on the market for quite some time)  has over 6,200 square feet and is sited on 3.22 acres. This was one of those incredible deals with the house seeing many price reductions.

It should be noted that this is only the second home sold for over 2 million in Pima County this year; the other one sold for the exact same price and was located in “The Canyons“.
