3705 N Old Sabino Canyon Road sold today for $1,720,000 by Russ Lyon – Sotheby’s. This is an old 19 acre estate located near the corner of Sabino Canyon Road and River Road and it was built in 1954. We will have to follow it to see if it becomes a Retreat or a Church or some other new environ in Tucson.
