Sad to say but this house sold for $1,080,000 fourteen years ago and then it sold for only $937,500 today by Long Realty.
How come? Maybe because it is a Mud Adobe? Mud Adobes are very well insulated and were much a part of Tucson architectural history. La Paloma is a beautiful community and this one backs to the golf course.
More details–is about 4,500 square feet and is sited on a little over 1/2 acre , has a 4 car garage and boasts both city and mountain views. Maybe this special home had to attract a history bluff. Not sure, but mud adobes are timeless and these buyers were lucky to get such a great deal.
