There was no increase in the number of home sales in the Catalina Foothills for the price-range 300K-400K from 2015 vs 2014.
In fact the number of home sales was close; in 2015 there were 130 and in 2014 there were 9 more sales at 139. The number difference is statistically insignificant proving the real estate sales market in this price range is stable but did not improve in 2015.
