This beauty sold for 10K more two years ago and for for 1.5 million in 2009 and $1,813,000 at the peak of the market in 2009. Imagine it sold for 658K more than seven years ago?

Up until a year ago Pima Canyon was the darling of the Catalina Foothills but now it seems more buyers are interested in Skyline Country Club or Ventana Canyon. Both are on golf courses and have many amenities, whereas Pima Canyon has a 24 hour manned gate, beautiful land and no other amenities. However, Pima Canyon is much newer than Skyline Country Club and Ventana Canyon. Buyers are fickle that is for sure!
