Premier SW Contempory Architect’s Own Home Sold for $959,500

David Tyson , famed Tucson architect, who passed away 10 years ago built his own home in the Catalina Foothills at 5680 N Camino Real Real.

Realty Executives Tucson Elite was the listing broker and sold this home for $959,500.

This almost 4,200 square foot- 2003 built- SW Contemporary  alludes David Tyson’s tasteful and functional architectural style. The house is sited to take advantage of the beautiful high Santa Catalinas. It is surprising it took 8 months to sell; perhaps some of the factors are that it only has a 2 car garage and had a spool and not a pool. Additionally, it is on septic and the neighborhood is not gated. However the lucky buyers purchased a timeless contemporary home that I am sure they will cherish that they have a piece of Tucson history.
